Rebels Arrive in the AZORES

Leaving at 9:00am on Wednesday the Rebels along with Laura from BBC Wales travelled up to heathrow to catch theiur first flight of the day to Lisbon, no hitches except cutting it fine to check in due to traffic from the Car Park!

The team had a 2 hour stop over in Lisbon before their next flight which was another 2 hour flight to the island of the Azores which is right in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean!

Expecting tropical weather as lison was a coll 26 degrees! the team were met with good old valley weather - Rain!!

Despite the 13 hours of travel the team went straight into the gym for a 90 minute practice session as they prepare to get the European campaign of to the best possible start.

A clean bill of health ahead of the game tomorrow which incidently in going out live on television over here!!
